Swapping vehicles with Wagonex

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of swapping or exchanging your vehicle subscription. Please note, this information is a general guide. Always refer to your rental agreement and the specific terms and conditions of your supplier for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Here’s how it works:

Check your Current Contract:

  • Review your current contract, to make sure your current contract is due to expire
  • Some partners offer full flexibility to exchange at any time, whereas others may require a bit more notice.

Request Your New Vehicle:

Request to Return Your Current Vehicle:
  • You can schedule the return of your current vehicle to coincide with the delivery of your new vehicle, ensuring a seamless and efficient swap.

Swapping with the Same Supplier:

  • If you're swapping vehicles with the same supplier, simply inform them of your intention to swap the vehicle.
  • They can then support to coordinate the delivery of your new vehicle and the collection of your current vehicle on the same day.

Swapping with a Different Supplier:

  • If you're swapping to a vehicle from a different supplier, you may incur additional fees depending on their specific policies, so be aware of any early cancellation charges for example.
